As Dr. Thomas Kuchenbrod’s Executive Assistant, James helps keep the practice running behind the scenes. From marketing and technology to patient communication, operations, and special projects, he works closely with Dr. Thomas to ensure the team can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional patient care. In fact, the only person Dr. Thomas probably talks to more each day is his wife.

James is a Registered Psychometrician with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Before joining Innate Chiropractic, he spent nearly a decade in one of the Philippines’ largest business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, supporting major U.S.-based organizations while earning multiple awards for excellence in human resources and operations. His background in leadership, organization, and systems has become an invaluable asset to the continued growth of Innate Chiropractic.

Outside of work, James enjoys hiking, exploring nature, discovering new coffee shops, and is always on the hunt for the perfect cup of coffee. His commitment to continuous learning, attention to detail, and heart for serving others make him an important part of the Innate Chiropractic family.
